My freshman year was focused on hand graphics, using various mediums. Most of my projects were done with simple line graphics, a few were graced with color – it was a skill that I was still fine tuning, and was nervous to use unless absolutely necessary.

It was a great experience to learn the art of finding the perfect pen that wouldn’t run or smudge when combined with marker, or remembering to pick up my hand, as to not smear pencil all over the place.
